1. DAR DALIA will deliver your order to the address specified in your order.
2. Delivery charges will be indicated during your check out process if applicable.
3. DAR DALIA will process your orders Saturday through Thursday excluding Friday and public holidays.
4. If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.
5. Delivery time as follows:
Within Saudi Arabia: 3- 5 business days after confirmation of full payment.
World- wide: 5-8 business days after confirmation of full payment.
Return And Exchange Policy
1. No refunds or exchange, unless it is for the purpose of changing the size, in that case contact us via e-mail (info@dardalia.com) and we will try our best to solve the issue for you, in case the new required size was not available, we will be willing to change the model for you.
